| It allows improving the visited operator's inbound roaming revenue by increasing the number of visitors' successful calls through the automatic correction of dialling, and improving the users' experience as well. |
Product Description
This novelty service developed by IPcom Technologies targets foreign visitors who arrive to the visited network. In short, the roamer is assisted with call's dialling correction and short code support.
Translation rules are executed which reflect and correct frequent dialling errors, considering both the dialled number and the roamer's origin, this improves the user's experience, increasing completed calls and the operator's revenues.
The system allows most calls made by visitors arriving to the country to be successful regardless of the dialling. The solution, in an intelligent way, corrects the errors done by users to whom the dialling modality is unknown, generating greater satisfaction for the client.
Moreover, visitors will be able to access their voicemail and customer service lines in their country of origin by using their own short codes, just as if they were at home.
This service, together with the rest of IPcom Technologies' Roaming products portfolio, seeks to generate the same experience for the user when using his mobile in the visited network than when at his home network.
