Currently, most networks offer the CLI (Caller Line Identity) service through which users can know the number from which they are being called and then choose whether to answer or not the call.

When travelling abroad, roamers receive calls (Call Delivery) but usually the caller identity service is not provided, because the information regarding who originates the call is often lost when the call goes through several networks/carriers.

Since the caller's identity is unknown, the call is often not answered, or when the user does not answer a call –which is registered as a missed call-, it is later impossible to return the call as it is unknown who called.

IPcom Technologies' solution allows overcoming these difficulties and offer a CLI service to the roamer, so that he has a service similar than the one he has at his home network.
